Mr. James Goh

At 68 years of age, most successful businessmen would consider transitioning into retirement, but Mr. James Goh is an extraordinary gentleman. 

As key advisor to a number of Governments, he is also an APEC Leader and - as CEO of Micronesia Holdings Group and current Advisor to the Republic of Palau & the Federal States of Micronesia - besides other Countries in the past. Mr. Goh  has more than 15 years specialising in international funds syndication and investment management. 

Mr. Goh is not only a prominent businessman whose counsel is much sought after, but he is also a highly connected and well respected individual that has spent. 

With more than 35 years of experience as a Developer, Constructor and Manufacturer - he has amassed a wealth of experience and close personal relationships in sectors as diverse as IT, finance and commodities such as precious metals and oil and gas. With a multitude of projects spread across a number of countries, he is well-versed and positioned to carry ICT Asia to new heights.

Dr. Eric Lincoln Lim

Dr. Lim has an exemplary track record as both managing partner and principal of partnerships to support humanitarian projects and R&D initiatives to eradicate cancer.

With a specialism in the issuance & monetisation of financial instruments, especially in the project funding space, Dr. Eric has over two decades of experience as Principal Partner and Executive Director of entities with managed funds of over USD 5 Billion.
In parallel, over the past 20 years Dr. Lim has held a number of confidential and high level positions with High Net Worth & Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals and their funds. 

Alongside his experience in the finance industry, Dr. Lim has acted as direct official mandate to a number of Governmental regulatory bodies (PDVSA/ NIOC/ NNPC)  in the past, for the sale of oil products and as an ex-Refinery Owner and a direct official mandate for a number of Au bullion transactions for the funds he managed and for private individuals - details of which are protected by non-disclosure obligations.

Dr. Lim’s humanitarian projects include, most notably:

2019 - present: Started the Global Foundation for Education to provide mobile schools/ classrooms in container type designs, to Africa and parts of S.E. Asia.

2019 - present: Assisted Dr E. Hope, (leading Father of Stem cells and Anti- Cancer) to commence on Cancer Earadication Projects in Asia.

2018: Co-assisted Dr. U. Schneider & Team, in raising Humanitarian Project Funding for Cambodia.

2010-11: Supported the relief of the major Flood Crisis.

2003-2016: Donation of +/_138 Water Treatment Plants in the Kingdom of Thailand for the past 16 years.

Dec 2004 - Jan 2005: Assisted a number of Hospitals, by donating WTPs  during the Tsunami Disaster in Khao Lat &  Phuket/ Thailand, and also, Ache/ Indonesia.

Michael Ursini

As co-founder and Managing Director, Mr. Ursini brings a diverse entrepreneurial acumen to the ICT team. He has years of experience in analyzing both domestic and international strategic investment opportunities. He is specifically versed in various aspects of real estate related investments such as land development, asset-based lending and energy consulting.

His entrepreneurial spectrum and international network compliment his efforts and allow him to proficiently navigate within the commodity trading space.

Anthony J. Amicucci

Co-founder and the Director of Business Development, Mr. Amicucci has an accomplished background in real estate development and has been associated with numerous international private equity opportunities. Particularly adept at raising investment capital he has collaborated with investors and assisted in the business development of the Italian, Eastern European, Asian, South American, African and Caribbean markets. His expertise in developing international ties and relationships has proven instrumental in numerous joint venture agreements and facilitated the expansion into strategic territories internationally.

James Allen

With a strong track record in on-the-ground transactions throughout Africa, Mr. Allen has spent months at a time, especially in East and Central Africa where he is co-director of two precious metal and gemstone companies – with licenses to trade and export those commodities and experience in managing transactions from initial contact and due diligence, through to delivery. A track record in SME financial products and formerly the fastest licensed tied agent in all onshore and offshore financial products for the Scottish Amicable Marketing Group, he has also been an independent producer of TV & film projects since 2001, which has honed a specific skill set and ability to think strategically under fire.
